1. Cancellation Requests

1.1. Customers may request to cancel an order for customized products within 4hrs of placing the order.

2. Eligibility for Cancellation

2.1. Cancellation requests are only eligible for customized products that have not entered the production or customization process. Once the customization process has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

4. Approval of Cancellation

4.1. Cancellation requests will be reviewed by our team. We reserve the right to approve or deny cancellation requests at our discretion.

5. Refunds

5.1. If a cancellation request is approved and the payment has already been processed, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 1-2 working days to process.

6. Non-Cancellable Products

6.1. Some customized products may be ineligible for cancellation, especially if they are in the advanced stages of production or if they are highly personalized and cannot be resold.

7. Changes to Orders

7.1. If you wish to make changes to your customized order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible, especially if production has already begun.
